Installation Procedure

Get the package antoine.tar.gz from "Downloads" in the left menu of Antoine Web Page
Uncompress and untar the package : tar zxvf antoine.tar.gz
Change directory to antoine/source: cd antoine/source
Create $HOME/lib and $HOME/bin directories (if not existing): mkdir $HOME/lib; mkdir $HOME/bin
With the Makefile provided, compile all source files and put them in a library: make
this creates a libantoine.a library in $HOME/lib and an antoine.out executable in $HOME/bin
Create $HOME/antoine/mat and $HOME/antoine/vec directories: mkdir $HOME/antoine/mat; mkdir $HOME/antoine/vec

Remarks :
You need to link these two directories to a place where you have enough (meaning up to several Go's ) scratch space

The shell scripts included in the package are just indicative and are the one used here on the PC cluster. Depending on your architecture and compiler you need to adjust them to be able to compile the code.

Notes for linux users :
the g77 fortran compiler refuses to compile arrays larger than 120 000 000. To avoid this, the main program can be modified (via c compiler call) to accept arrays up to 500 000 000.
